I wouldn’t have trusted this renovation with any other contractor. Eugene & his entire crew were great to work with. Exceptional eye for detail & willing to step in with suggestions or advice on materials or plan execution. Great with communicating & excellent with scheduling subs to keep the project moving forward & completion in an incredibly quick turnaround. I absolutely love my new kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, master bathroom & laundry room.

Eugene and his team are absolutely AMAZING! They are true perfectionists with an incredible eye for detail and design. From start to finish, their knowledge and craftsmanship really stood out, and it shows in every aspect of my new deck. They took the time to ensure everything was done right, not just quickly, and the end result exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about quality, design, and delivering a beautiful finished product, Eugene and his team are the ones to trust.

5+ stars for owner Eugene Beily and his crew at American Dream Siding & Decking. Our Hardie Board siding contractor referred Eugene to us when we needed major deck work, which involved our existing waterproof membrane on a large section of our upper deck over a downstairs room, as well as repairing our deck boards and railing.
Eugene was patient and thoughtful as we discussed various options to maintain and protect the waterproof membrane and strengthen the structural integrity of our expansive decks on a hillside. He was mindful of our budget and, as a general contractor, identified and repaired another area in our crawlspace. He came up with creative solutions, and he has a great sense of design and style. We ended up replacing our upper deck with Trex composite boards. On the lower deck, his crew replaced most of the redwood boards and repainted the deck, even the wooden joists of the upper deck, for both wood preservation and aesthetic purposes. His crew paid attention to details. He also did the stone facing on our portico.
Eugene went above and beyond. He's honest, experienced, and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend working with Eugene Beily.

Eugene and his team did a fantastic job on building a beautiful new Trex deck in our backyard. The original deck had not been built to code, and the team identified issues, explained them clearly and brought it all up to code. Couldn't be more satisfied!

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work American Dream Siding & Decking did on our deck project! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They built us a stunning Trex deck with a custom railing, custom lighting, and a custom gate, 12' slider, and new front door - all of which exceeded our expectations.
The craftsmanship is top-notch, and you can tell they take great pride in their work. They maintained daily site cleanup, kept us well-informed throughout the process, and—most impressively—finished on time and on budget.
If you’re looking for quality workmanship, excellent communication, and a company that truly delivers on its promises, we highly recommend this team!
