I wouldn’t have trusted this renovation with any other contractor.  Eugene & his entire crew were great to work with. Exceptional eye for detail & willing to step in with suggestions or advice on materials or plan execution. Great with communicating & excellent with scheduling subs to keep the project moving forward & completion in an incredibly quick turnaround. Our Hardie Board siding contractor referred Eugene to us when we needed major deck work, which involved our existing waterproof membrane on a large section of our upper deck over a downstairs room, as well as repairing our deck boards and railing. Eugene was patient and thoughtful as we discussed various options to maintain and protect the waterproof membrane and strengthen the structural integrity of our expansive decks on a hillside. He was mindful of our budget and, as a general contractor, identified and repaired another area in our crawlspace. He came up with creative solutions, and he has a great sense of design and style. We ended up replacing our upper deck with Trex composite boards. On the lower deck, his crew replaced most of the redwood boards and repainted the deck, even the wooden joists of the upper deck, for both wood preservation and aesthetic purposes. His crew paid attention to details. He also did the stone facing on our portico. Eugene went above and beyond. He's honest, experienced, and pleasant to work with. They built us a stunning Trex deck with a custom railing, custom lighting, and a custom gate, 12' slider, and new front door - all of which exceeded our expectations. Eugene and the team at American Dream have been absolutely exceptional. They are communicative, responsive, timely(!), detailed and highly dedicated to making sure that they go above and beyond. We have been shocked by the astounding level of professionalism from American Dream. American dream does it all! They converted our garage to a den, bath and laundry for us, redid all our siding, did a ton of concrete work for patio and parking, and built enclosed parking for us. All of the work is beautiful and all of it done in a few months. I cannot say enough good things about working with American Dream. We had quite the project ahead of us.  New roof, all new siding, all new windows, full replacement of electrical.  So we were expecting some challenges/stress.  Luckily we found Eugene and his team!  Eugene was with us right from the start.  From the Permitting process to the full completion of the project.  The work ethic of his team was impressive.  They treated our house as if it was their own.  I feel I have simple request.  Do what you say you are going to do.  When Eugene said he was going to be there, he was always there.  They did everything he said they were going to do and then some.  He even landed us an electrician last minute!  And his electrician was impressive (and I have high expectations when it comes to electricians).  Eugene regularly walked the project and gave us his insights on what he thought would look best.  His knowledge and expertise helped improve on the final product.  The quality of the workmanship is evident.  Solid.  I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Eugene did an absolute exceptional job on installing our picture windows, french door and front  door. My husband and I first hired American Dream Siding & Decking to renovate the exterior of our house. Our house was over 35 years old and was vacant for 20 years so EVERYTHING needed to be replaced. Eugene and his company FAR surpassed our expectations! They took down all the old siding, repaired the rot and electrical and replaced the decks and windows. The team showed up on time every day and made sure everything was clean and organized the entire day. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and did exceptional work! Eugene, the owner was very personable and responded to all of my questions and requests in a timely manner. He also helped me by recommending companies for my design choices. He would also double-check that the work was complete to our specifications when it was done and was VERY detail-oriented. Once the exterior of the house was complete, we couldn't wait to move forward with the rest of the house. Eugene and his team renovated our bathroom, kitchen and stairwell as well as updating our electrical. Literally everything we needed American Dream provided. Eugene even made sure our entire kitchen would be totally ready and completed before our baby was due in February. I knew he meant well but I thought for sure it wouldn't happen because everyone always says how home construction takes longer than what contractors promise. The kitchen was done two weeks before our baby was born! It really felt like Eugene cared about our house and treated the renovations like he was doing his own home. There are still more projects to do and we're very much looking forward to continue working with Eugene and his team. It was a bad morning. I took out the post holding up the roof of my carport. I had seen the signs for work done by American Dream Siding and Decking in my neighborhood and gave Eugene a call.
