This Skidder Trail project involved a comprehensive exterior upgrade that included siding preparation and a deck renovation to enhance both the functionality and appearance of the home. The project began with careful exterior preparation, including installation of a James Hardie weather barrier to properly protect the structure and prepare the home for new siding installation. This step ensures long-term moisture management and durability for the finished exterior system. In addition to the siding work, the outdoor living area was upgraded with a newly prepared deck structure. Waterproof underlayment was installed to create a durable foundation for the new deck surface while protecting the structure below from moisture. Together, these improvements modernize the home’s exterior envelope while expanding usable outdoor living space, creating a more durable and visually appealing environment for the homeowners.
